Seek Him
Scripture
“Seek the Lord, all you humble of the land, who do his just commands; seek righteousness; seek humility; perhaps you may be hidden on the day of the anger of the Lord.” Zephaniah 2:3 ESV
Prayer
Lord, You are holy. All Your ways are pure, and You are beautiful in all that You do.
Teach us to seek You—not just in moments of need, but throughout every part of our day. Draw our hearts back to You again and again. When worry begins to creep in and steal our peace, remind us to pause and bring it before You. Help us to remember who You are—faithful, steady, and always near.
Shape in us a spirit of humility. Help us to walk humbly before You, not relying on our own understanding, but trusting fully in Your ways. Teach us to lay down our pride and to desire what is right in Your eyes.
Thank You for never forgetting us, for loving us completely, and for never changing. You are our constant in every season.
Guide us today, Lord. Let our words, our thoughts, and our actions bring You glory.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
Questions for Reflection:
What does it look like for me to seek God in the ordinary moments today?
Where might God be inviting me to walk in greater humility?
