Seek Him

“Oh give thanks to the Lord; call upon his name; make known his deeds among the peoples! Sing to him, sing praises to him; tell of all his wondrous works! Glory in his holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice! Seek the Lord and his strength; seek his presence continually!” 1 Chronicles 16:8-11 ESV
Prayer
Lord, we give thanks to you! We call upon your name this morning. Help us to remember your faithfulness and your goodness.
Pour out your strength on us today. Bless, protect, and keep us and our loved ones. Help us to be faithful and steadfast.
Teach us to seek your presence continually throughout our day.
Be with our leaders and give them wisdom and humility. Be with those who are sick and hurting—bring healing and comfort to them.
Continue to provide for us, and help us not to lose heart. Give us your sustaining power today.
In Jesus’ holy name, amen.
