Enough

Scripture

“Whom have I in heaven but you? And there is nothing on earth that I desire besides you. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.” Psalm 73:25-26 ESV

Prayer

Father, You are wonderful beyond words, and Your love for us is more than we can comprehend. We are humbled that while we were still sinners, You paid the ultimate price so that we could be called Your children and enjoy a relationship with You.

Thank You for Your promise to never leave us or forsake us. Even when we cannot feel Your presence, You are near. When our hearts are weary and our strength is gone, You remain our strength and our portion forever.

Help us to keep You in Your rightful place in our lives—first above all else. When worries, distractions, and the demands of this world compete for our attention, draw our hearts back to You. Teach us to bring every care and concern before You and trust You with the things we cannot control.

As we go through this day, grant us wisdom and discernment. Clothe us with kindness, gentleness, and humility. May our words reflect Your grace, and may our actions point others to You. Let us find our deepest satisfaction not in the things of this world, but in Your presence and Your unfailing love.

In Jesus' name, amen.
